One thing about this scene that’s part of money’s transformation is at the beginning of the movie during his first fight he goes down quick and panics as soon as they spray him, but here there’s 3 guards hitting him at once and he holds that choke and powers through it. @@moblack5883 Eh, the plenty of fights that don't have guard intervention at all points to inmates knowing what lines to cross at any given time. It's just that in a green light fight, like this one is, the goal isn't to fight. It's a standing kill order on sight meaning you have to target them if you see them and have the opportunity. When it's two heavy hitters in maximum security, they weren't trying to fight but rather try to kill one another. You don't stop an attempted murder just because the guards are trying to prevent it.

In the special edition, (SPOILER) the fire trap works because Junior (a violent rapist, mind you) sacrifices his life and gets the alien to chase him into the empty nuclear waste tank (which Ripley and the prisoners were trying to force the alien into in the 1st place). Once the alien is inside with Junior, they close the door on the two. Listening to Junior’s dying screams, one can only imagine his painful death at the alien’s hands. Even if his (I tihnk it was citibank) career is over, he still hast he education to make very good money as a financial advisor, mortgage broker, tax accountant, etc etc. WHilst its a blemish, if you do your punishment you can usually get all your licenses back. 2 years inside paying for protection, then some lean years getting a career back, and then his family could have been comfortable. That's the only unrealistic part. He should have trusts etc set up for his kid. Cool premise, his name being money. But if you're doing what he does, you're already wealthy. Pretty significant scene considering gangs like the Aryan Brotherhood have 15-20k members and many more hundreds of thousands of associates under them but really there's only about 30 leaders that run "the show". Giving him "the keys" to the yard and "opening the books" meant he wasn't just made a member but a seat at the table where the "big boys" eat. He probably had a lot more access to the Brands resources than the movie let on especially at the end he knew exactly how much guys like Robert's where being paid because he knew where all the money was going.

The real numbers for actual AB member is much, much smaller. Think under a thousand. The way prison gangs operate is "The inside controls the outside". Basically, criminals on the outside know that they'll probably end up doing time at some point. Especially if they're in a gang. When in prison, they will be at the mercy of the lifers who will never get out of prison and had years to decades to organize. Therefore prison gangs have a lot of influence on the streets despite being rather small in numbers and being behind bars.

@@libertatemadvocatus1797 lol the dude thinks the aryan brotherhood has hundreds of thousands of members lmao, a prision gang has hundred of thousands of members, yeah and the KKK has dozens of millions of members, I don't even think there is 400k white people in prison in total.

No doubt . Mexican mafia is one one of the most organized crime in the entire world . All started from inside the walls n now control majority of the streets for Latino Mexican gangs in Cali

One of the 5 best ever. So Fing gritty.
Bro, this movie is so underrated. I loved this movie, and I was glued watching and shocked at how good it was
This movie was so great!! Very underrated!! I bought it and have watched it dozens of times!
Damnnn Bill Tech lost his mind after Nancy left him in Mindhunter
Holt McCallany is a seriously great actor. He plays cops alot, and he was FBI in the Manhunter show. Here he plays Beast, the king of psychos in prison, and he makes it believable.

Mindhunter*
One of the greatest movies I’ve ever watched
Wasn't super into this movie when I first saw it. Watched it again recently after seeing clips on YT. Its actually really good and well written and feels 3 dimensional. No idea why it wasn't a bigger success.
The way they were standing and talking to one another reminds me of NPC interactions in Skyrim
This movie is so good !
This movie was bad ass !!!
Maybe 5 years ago I sat and watched this film. I just cannot recall which app it was on, but regardless. It's a shame for everyone involved in it, from the director all the way to the actor's. They were low balled on pay lol, but this movie should have hit theaters! It was absolutely amazing and had me pulled in from start to finish. Well done!
As great as this movie is, we needed like 10 more mins of his story in prison
Everything he said from 1:57 on is absolute truth that’s literally how it is on the inside

Massively underrated film. Brilliant to watch.
Love this movie so well done.
Parts of this movie were some of the most interesting scenes I've watched in a long time, but they made choices in the direction of the movie thst also detracted from what could have been an all time crime/prison movie. The acting was excellent regardless.

The one that is overlooked is Money hands an evelope of cash to his ex wife. He was robbing the AB all along. The movie acts like it's normal to come out of prison with like 20k in cash.

Hench Bawse he did like a 10 year bid. As a member of the brand he gets a % of the hustles they have going on and money saved all his $
Out of all the characters in this movie, redwood is the most off putting to me. The amount of anger and pure hatred in his eyes at all times is real eerie.
I love his character developement.

Awesome movie!! Sad thing is that this really happens sometimes. He was a straight and narrow guy and made a mistake and prison life turned him into another person
I think it's funny that a guy stuck in a 12x12 cage in the middle of the desert thinks he's in charge.
