Jaise kabhi UPSC mein 4 se 6 attempts kar diya gaya tha, armed forces mein bhi age limit thoda bada diya jata... Dobara SSB jana hai :(
I think NDA seats should be increased by 50 to deal with the shortage of Officers for 5 to 7 years

No nda se hamare Desh ki army ke leaders nikalte hai or bhai nda ki seats har saal bahot Khali jati hai kyu ki seats kitni bhi Khali ho ssb ke officers Desh ke sath khilwad nhi kar sakte no deserving ko bhi officer bana ke

Edit- 50 seats for women should be increased
Once, *Field Marshal Sam* talked about shortages that we see and experience in our country. He even mentioned shortages of seats in colleges. I couldn't agree more with him right now that all these shortages are due to one main shortage which is the shortage of good leaders. Not just political leaders but the shortage of leaders in all walks of life.

Instead they should promote JCOs like SM to captain rank directly to deal with this , As their experience will be beneficial for army instead of repeaters

Defence ki civil officer ki bhi shortage hai.. defence ki har branch me yahi hal hai..
So please increase seats in CDS
There is already shortage of officers, so why SSB recommended candidates got merit out????

Having shortage of officers in defence forces, the question is obvious. But the fact of the matter is that seats in training establishment are limited. So despite of getting recommended very few pave their way to the Academy. Since their are lakhs of people(Fortunately) willing to join Armed Forces the shortage can be minimised by establishing more training centers and providing more opportunities to the aspirants. Jai Hind!

Eligibility criteria should be changed, and general public with other variety of education and work qualifications should be trained and given a chance as well to serve
That's why recommended candidate r merit out so to fullfill shortage.
Sir is bar IMA -155 se bhi merit out honge 5-6 candidates... Shortage hai to sabko merit in q nhi kar rahe hai... Help kijiye

Due agneeveee scheme most of the young boys are not much interested in joining defence forces and go for other options.....for officer category middle class is still intrested but due to startup culture middle class tries for 1 or 2 attempt and for short service commission.....in coming yeras people lose intrest in joining defence forces........most of the children of officer are going for other option.........

Defence forces should be only for 10 yrs not up to 58/ 60 years once people join they want to continue till retirement not fair then there will not be any shortage

Sabse pehle to inko salary badhani chahia aur humari sarkar jo bori bhar bhar ke paise MLA MP pai kharch krte hai Usai hata army budget mai sahmil karo aur soldiers se lkr officer tak kii salary badhao
They deliberately don't fill the gap. Also, shortage of officer is just an artificially created problem, there is no effect on ground so far. Army is working fine with less officers and Jcos and jawans. Officers are still spending quality time despite the shortage.

It's all drama ,many leave during training and before probation on finding the high level of politics and boot lugging in defense forces.

But if we go by this and not join , there will be several side affects like Muslims or Christian’s might take over in army which will lead to too much instability and also only a Hindu can can/will save his land (Bharat) from intruders so yes :)
