I was on an ATV tour on Ocracoke the fall of 2019 and watched a bull shark cruising the beach in about 2-3' of water. The guide pointed it out, definitely a bull shark, and it was perilously close to shore. I do a lot of this exact type of fishing down there and I've got my eyes open these days. Btw, those ATV tours on Ocracoke are awesome and highly recommended by me.

Y’all should stay in sandbridge tomorrow, I slept in and then my friend told us how he saw y’all

I was there this summer, just before the tropical storm evacuated us lol, fishing was impossible but still tried, nice catches

We have fished that bar before. Caught a lot of blues and a few flounder! We were fishing during the summer and didn't need the waders!

I always watch the fishermen and fisherwomen there when on the ferry! Try springers point and teach's hole on ocracoke, won't be disappointed. Worth the extra 1 hour to get to it!
