I don't have much experience with new parts or auto but have had some random buys at auctions for new old stock. I sourced most of our stuff used from complete machines on facebook market place.

I seem to have the best luck with keeping cash on hand and ready to pounce when fair deals pop up. You have to stay vigilant on the search. The deals don't just come to you.
How many parts are you gonna need to buy back from him for flips?

@brapplife86 One of the cool things we do with buyouts is we work with the sellers on any parts they may have overlooked or need from their former inventory. We much rather build a relationship than just a transaction. We already have a shipment headed back just as soon as we can locate the parts!
