You must eat smörgåstårta! If the reason it looks disgusting is because it's a cake with food on/in it, stop thinking of it as a cake and just think sandwich....the best most extravagant sandwich you can eat. If the reason it looks disgusting is because you don't like the ingredients, make your own, and you can choose what you like. Who doesn't like smörgåstårta?

The shopping centre that you are driving outside a couple of times is in Västerås, not Stockholm (unless they have a 100% clone ;) )
