MOD needs to establish a "lead off" corridor to keep people from crowding together like crazed turkeys

It amazes me how many people do not understand the concept of a gate you do not just stand and block the walk way.

They really need to start limiting numbers in this area at any one time especially the tourist groups. Yes I know it is a public area but safety is an issue now so many people have had their brains replaced by mobile phones. Social media has removed all common sense.

I'm calling it. This year something happens that ensures a change of policy in this location. I just hope nobody gets seriously hurt when it goes down.

That’s a very kind thought but the only way things will change is if and when someone gets seriously injured, otherwise it’s bring on the tourists and their money.

@@user-ig7pu5jh6e There was an incident involving a soldier on duty and the public at B/ Palace in the 1960s. THAT combined with security concerns saw the change to ' behind gates/railings ' for the changing of the guard. You may well be right.

R people stupid not moving away from the horse, it is unbelievable.
