In the UK, while it’s not a criminal offense to make rude gestures like flipping off, it could potentially be considered a breach of the peace or public order if it’s done in a way that might cause harassment, alarm, or distress to others. The Royal Guards are on duty to protect the Royal residences and are highly trained soldiers. It’s important to remember that they are performing their duties and should be treated with respect. If someone were to flip off the Royal Guards, it’s unlikely they would be arrested solely for that gesture. However, if the action escalates or is part of a larger disturbance, it could lead to intervention by the police. It’s always best to behave respectfully and courteously, especially around individuals who are serving their country.

This hard-working, law-abiding and very skilled specialist is probably a psychologist and was just doing a field study to see how stress-resistant the hors guard is. This piece of gold must be seen as an opportunity for the non-existent English culture and an absolute enrichment. The police should stop oppressing him as he is most likely already traumatized from fleeing through several safe countries.
