Khloe, who also has a six-year-old daughter named True with Tristan, welcomed Tatum through surrogacy in July 2022. Noticing the resemblance between Tatum and Rob, Khloe jokingly asked her brother if he had ever donated sperm. She even made Tristan take three paternity tests, which he found offensive.
