Shinobi 3 - A study of theme & variation
Shinobi III for the Sega Genesis has one of the most virtuosic soundtracks I've heard in a Genesis Game. It's complexity is astounding from a music theory point of view. This video is to showcase one element that draws a majority of the music together: variations on a theme.

Great video. Shinobi 3 is my all-time favorite game soundtrack and I think it doesn't get enough attention for its complexity. Glad to see someone analyze it some.
