Hey jon he says that u should take the rest for 2 or 3 days and take some amount of ice and properly massage on shin pain for 20 minutes and do some exercise which have been seen in the videos 👍🙏

Sir ji namaskar, I started jogging since 1.5 month, normally jog on road about 2-5 KM. Since from few weeks I have mild heel pain. Especially on right leg. Now I have stopped jogging from past 8 days... What do you suggest sir ji??

सर मै जब दौड़ के रुकता हूँ तब दर्द बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ जाता हैं। और 5 मिनेट बाद आराम मिलता हैं।
