This scene is very iconic. The scenery, the palette, everything. That scene where the umbrella changed its color plus the moment she remembered what happened is just a chef's kiss. My heart is having a blast until now.

Atleast the chemistry did not take many episode for them to develop and escalated quickly and he is not so toxic too her in succeeding episodes hopefully he keeps that up to her and please I don’t want second lead syndrome ok (probably its going to happen because she met that guy before but just transition them to bromance or whatever ) just let the main couple shine and for sure they will

yeahh, but they are not yet there for me, they have a lot to work out on their personal traumas before they can be ready for the relationship. imo DS is somehow invalidating HJ feelings and keeps telling her to cross the lines while he always keeps the distance between them, and also keeps telling HJ to change her personality. i hope the writers wrote it intentionally and they could really talk it out in the succeeding episodes

Their chemistry is top tier! I wish they upload the part where they sing songs to the kids and asked if they were married. That was so cute and Seon Ho's smile is spectacular! I have never smiled more to any drama this year other than this.

The writing in Nevertheless got lazy and exhausting, it was a steady decline since Episode 5. This show has much better writing, even the side characters and situations are written so well.

Before this drama I dreamed of living in Seoul and jeju island... But now Gongjin has become my new dream destination... Woah,the beauty of this seashore town is surely soothing to a broken soul... Loving this drama mainly for their heart throbbing chemistry, the location,the caring heart of country side peoples,their gossiping tendency and everything is up to the reality!!!!

As far as I know, Gongjin isn't really a city in South Korea. It was a fantasy name, the real name (where they actually film it) is Pohang. cmiww

@@kristienguyen3365 i’m afraid this one is going to be part of the drama’s OST instrumentals which is usually released along with the other bg songs. That is when the drama ends. So as much as we want this song, I am afraid we have to wait for quite awhile. And I don’t want this drama to end. My weekends won’t be the same then 🥲

The way they are becoming the best of themselves as they go. I love their maturity and the way they communicate especially Du Shik. He doesn’t drag onto the negative aspect of their argument or Her actions. He communicates his dislikes and likes, apologises when needed, praises her when necessary but also guides her and protects her along the way. He doesn’t embarrass her but instead tries to introduce Hye Jin’s sometimes controversial point of view to the villagers but will privately also educate Hye Jin. As the episode progresses, I can see Hye Jin becoming more emotionally mature and sensitive which wasnt as evident earlier even though it was there somewhere within her. She is literally becoming the best version of herself. Thats the kind of relationship I want. Its a beautiful depiction of what a relationship should be like for me. Non-toxic, transparent and not too cheesy 😂 This drama has one of the best screenwriting, script, dialouges and direction. Every frame of this drama has been evoking all sorts of emotion in me as it makes me laugh, smile, cry and appreciate things in life. It is fun, relaxing, warm and on point as it teaches you so many things. I also really appreciate that the things that are needed to be done are done instantly and not dragged onto several episodes and overcomplicating it. Even the supporting cast and their stories have touched me so much. The father daughter duo, the grandmother, the chief. The drama has touched those aspects of different types of relationships and different lives so beautifully and subtly. Its like Reply 1988. This drama is on my top list. Hands down an excellent piece of work. One of the best drama ever!

Just don't feel watching kdrama, so I stopped September last year, and got back again because of this kdrama, really glad I watched it. I really love Kim Seon Ho right now. He's so natural with Shin Min Ah. Really living because of them right now 😍💖

Somehow the raining scene and the water background reminds me of The Notebook (2004), one of the best rom-com movies of all time. However, Homcha's delivery is so so much sweeter, lighter, more playful, and yet complex as Hyejin and Dushik are full of mixed emotions. And the scenery. And the ost! What a perfect and memorable scene!

I LOVE how he take care of her belongings too. Husband material right there👀

Really love this two. They're chemistry sooooo natural. Even the simple scenes with them is so big deal to me hehehe really living with them this times

the first thing i noticed in this drama is..that the female lead is someone relatable..like not a kind hearted fairy who impress everyone who she meets.But a relatable women who may seen rude in others eyes, make mistakes ..literally a imperfect charecter..yet the male lead loves her...that what makes this couple a healthy one. loved it from first episode💞✨

This drama is so freakingly well written, directed and acted. Like obviously I had high expectations from Kim Seon Ho coming right off of Start Up but I didn't think I was gonna fall in love again like with Han Ji Pyong. Yet to my surprise I am absolutely swoon with his character. And the girl! My god am I impressed. Cause if you look by fragments there are so many things to dislike in her character. But idk how she's portraying everything in a manner of simplicity where I can't help but forgive all her judgements or comments (Just like Du-Sik). I already knew she's a good actress but I am genuinely a fan now❤️❤️

I felt a pang in my heart when he denied it with those expressions.... it's felt sad for both the sides ...well love does feel like that... there's no winner 😭

What made me giggle was that they were drenched from the rain, and yet he put up the umbrella. This was just delightful!

This is indeed a healing drama, apart from oozing chemistry between the leads, watching it gives a warm and fuzzy feeling. As if someone is giving a hug to my broken soul and saying everything will be fine. Judging from last episode there is more to this drama then I initially thought of. I know behind all smiles of seonha is a misery awaiting to be told. And I am preparing my heart to bear. Hope it just doesn't become a love triangle drama and remain true to its initial episodes. Will be patiently waiting for coming episodes. 😌

i was in a netflix party during this ep, and was typing “manifesting kiss” is the chat. and believe me when it happened, I WAS BAWLING MY EYES OUT 😭😭😭😭

This Drama is actually one of a kind you can really see the slowburn in there love story. The scenes in the end always gets me screaming or crying I love this Drama

The music that starts at 0:23 was top notch. It slowly builds up the romance. The way he takes his hands off then smiles gently while exhaling at 1:07... my heart can't take it. Also notice how he forwards to her a little wen it's very obvious that she comes to kiss him. It's very subtle but he definitely comes forward a bit.... way to go du sik

Kim seon Ho - that's why they always said he's nation first love 😆😆😆😆

I like the idea of a relatable female lead, not a perfect girly character, makes mistakes, sometimes may appear rude, can go after what she wants, makes the first kiss.

du sik needs to stop playin man, just tell her you kissed and you like her! he keeps on denying it that's why hye jin is always so moody. 😅

I'm unable to find American shows interesting anymore. Start up and Hometown cha cha cha showed that a good show can still be good without every other second makeout scenes. Hometown Cha Cha Cha is one my most favourite shows now. Just the BEST! ❤️

Shin Min Ah is such a Brilliant & Versatile actress. Aside from falling inlove with that beautiful face with an adorable dimple, its just how brilliant (again haha) she is ,really. SHE’s A CHAMELEON -- this is what they call actors when they portray different roles AND always tell them apart. Basically, If you watch her in HometownCCC , you don’t see her character as from Gomiho,OMVenus,ChiefOS, Diva & etc., you only see this character & vice versa from every character. She always differentiate every character so perfectly!

She clearly told him to not cross the boundaries and even asked if he likes her and he said no. Why do guys love giving hopes like this like damn stop playing with her feelings😭

They are so adorable couple...the divorced couple and the police and bestfriend loveteam are cute too hoping for their long scene on upcoming episodes
