They displayed different emotions during the kiss scene. Hyejin's so happy and transparent with her smiles as she kissed him.. and then there's Dusik who seemed to be so serious and restless as if he's trying desperately to keep her with him when he's still battling with himself and has still not opened up about his trauma. I guess that's what makes this kiss bittersweet (combined with the sad OST). 🥲

That was what I was thinking too! Yes, Dusik told Hyejin his love to her but I felt like there's still something thats bothering him. Even his body language tells a lot. Damn kudos to Kim Seonho for really telling the story/scene well!! I'm really looking forward to the remaining episodes and how will they unfold the 2 remaining mysteries especially of Dusik's

It's not the amount of money you spend for a gift but the amount of love with which you're giving it and Hong Dusik is teaching us that. Definitely Hometown Cha Cha Cha is one of a kind, I'm gonna miss this drama so bad.

i feel this kiss scene kinda bittersweet because when you look carefully hong dusik's eyes he can tell through his eyes, some feelings like anxious, afraid, sad, compicated feeling, but still want to be close to hyejin. while hyejin expression like 'thank god, this guy is right here, right beside me and i'm extremely happy'. and i don't know how well ep13 will air for tomorrow, even when hong dusik explode his afraidness, i'm genuinely ready.

Omg, i thought it's just me! I was so antsy during the entire episode, I feel like something bad is about to come that I couldn't fully enjoy it 😭😭😭

I absolutely love how there is always a pool of water under Seon ho's eyes everytime they talk something intimate. Like when Hye jin talks about her mother, when she confesses her love first and now this. I am in love with how he gives a gentle side to his character. Kim Seon Ho is a gem indeed. As an actor and a human as well

For some reason this was so heart touching. I love how they both are 'clingy' in the relationship, reciprocating the love they get from each other is something so new and fresh I have scene in a piece of fiction.

This is such a healthy relationship. I like how they broke the stereotypes and the male character doesn't feel insecure about his girlfriend being rich. Can we have more main characters like him in kdramas?

hands down to best confession scene in kdrama history. i have no words how genuine and pure the 'i love you' sounds here that it makes me cry. im honestly so grateful for this kdrama as it taught me what love, friendship and people truly means and it warms my heart :')

The was the sweetest and purest intimate moment a couple can share. I love how genuine he sounded when he said "I love you" 😭😭😭.

We have been rewatching and swooning over SikHye for the past 2 days. And now prepare yourself for the upcoming storm this Saturday.

This scene is perfect. The acting is perfect. The directing is perfect. The bgm is perfect. The little details are perfect. I will never forget this scene. It's imprinted in my heart already ❤

Can we talk about how both of them gets teary-eyed everytime they express their love for each other? The production crew really did a good job for casting Shin Minah and Kim Seonho, it's like Yoon Hyejin and Hong Dusik was made for them and them only. Hoping to hear soon that #HometownChaChaCha and the casts are bagging awards here and there. They deserve it so much for giving us both romcom and slice-of-life in one drama. He didn’t give her anything expensive like every other kdrama,It was so realistic and pure. Their emotions and everything felt so pure that I literally cried in whole scene that too in a romantic scene 🥺❣️ Like this is that kind of relationship I wish I had in my life, feeling single...!🙂

Their gesture for each other really touched my heart so much. She willingly sold her necklace that she longed for so long considering his feelings and he made her a gift that he could afford with his effort. The selfless act of love. The simplicity of love that is portrayed in this drama is what makes me love it so much. No grand gesture but just sincerity.

I don't think I can move on with this two sweetest dimple couple.. 4 more eps. to go huhuhuhu 😭😢

Isn’t it lovely that she loved the jewellery box he made for her? It’s not an expensive bought item, but something he made, which no doubt was made with tender love and care. How precious and wonderful is that? It is worth its weight in gold. And, she’s so excited about it because she values the simple heartfelt things of life. The START-UP's good boy really turned out be an undeniable good man here... He too can't deny "I'm not a good boy" like he did in start-up... His heart is the purest one filled with cheerfulness and love only in hometown cha cha cha!!!!!!!

Kim Seonho is so good at delivering those micro-expressions :")) (actually most stage/musical actors turned screen actors I know is great in delivering micro-expression like Jo Jungsuk, Jeon Mido, etc) His expression before saying I love u to Yoon Hyejin in this scene is bittersweet, there's a tint of guilty while loving Hyejin after met his university sunbae & nightmare. It's different than ep 11 where he felt free to express his happiness to love and be happy with someone. Kim Seonho will soar higher in his upcoming projects :D!!

Huhuhu Kim Seon Ho's facial expressions adds more emphasize or emotion to what he is saying, i don't know how to explain it but he just makes you feel what his char. DuSik feels in the inside without telling you vocally about it. 😫

This is one of the very few if not first time I have cried watching a kdrama from a non-sad scene. The end scene where it shows Du-sik making the box and marking down a bucket list with him giving her a gift he made himself. It made me cry. It's just so heart warming. This drama really touches your heart when you watch it. I mean there is a trace of sadness to it because we know in this moment du-sik is still struggling with his emotions about feeling like everyone ends up leaving him, but yeah... This is just an amazing drama

you know it's such a good song when it can portray different kinds of emotion and give a different highlight to a situation. i mean for me wish is a sad ost but i see it as well to a song that portrays love, romance, passion and even happiness. and them playing it there as a bg song is so amazing. i love their acting, i love the song.

It is harder to love completely when in your mind you are not worthy of it and I think that is displayed beautifuly here. The inner struggle to want to be happy but still be haunted by the what if.

By only looking at seonho's eyes, the viewers can feel that Dusik somewhat has complicated feeling through their kiss. He feels so happy, but on the other hand, the trauma still haunt him. Hope in eps 13, Dusik will open up his trauma to Hyejin and they will face it together. Please don't break up

The story an be predictable but the characters in the show are not (for example when Hye Jin proposed to dusik we all thought that he will deny it but he didn't and hyejin throughout the show seems to be little introverted but when in love she is super clingy and cute)
