Actully at 2:11 you can see how he hooks his finger on some barely visable string, moves his hand back in such a way that it hides cards being pulled out from underneath his suit and folds it in his hand. It's very fast and takes him only a second, but if you slow it down you can see the moves. Imho the hardest part in this trick is how he gets "10 of hearts" in the beginning, and if it's random then it's 50 times more impressive.

Defs a manipulation. You can even hear "the card" when he throws it to the floor, kind of like the sound of a piece of hard plastic or a bic pen hitting the floor. Was definitely heavier than a card.

I've been a fan of Shin Lim since he first appeared on Penn and Teller's Fool Us. Always believed he deserved more recognition, and I'm so glad he's finally getting the fame he deserves. He's just brilliant, tbh.

@@DanielJ I think the 10 is forced with weighted dice, but the suit (hearts) does not have to be forced. A trick like this can be done without forcing the suit, and it doesn't change the difficulty much at all.
