Shimano Vanford/Zodias First Impressions and Fishing
In this video, I tested out my newest spinning combo, the Shimano Vanford paired with the Shimano Zodias. This combo performed really well, and I'm excited to use it more in the future. Despite the high price point for both these items, they felt like very high quality and seemed to be worth the price.

Awesome! I have a Vanford on an Expride and my old Ci4+ on a Zodias. Great rods and reels! With that big one, though, make sure you keep them in the water and just get a quick measurement, then back in the water. You want to be able to catch that old girl again!
I like my 6’9” medium heavy zodias/zanford but I kinda wish I had got the medium like John has. I’m eyeballing the 7’ light for crappie and real finesse kinda stuff.

nice vid, Aaron! You will love that rod/reel combo! I actually have a Zodias is as my casting jig rod and absolutely love it. I have a couple of static spinning reels and got a vangord last year. Terrific investment. :-)
