My computer shows max speed 16 miles an hour is there any way to change that I see on the video it showed max speed 20 miles an hour?

Which ports on the console do the two wires plug into?
Does the app allow you to see the exact battery percentage?
Can I replace my old E8000 motor to this new EP8 motor on my Wire Peak?
I have a question : Do you know if the power graph on the SC-EM800 display is refering to the torque output or the power output ? It seems like when i go above 75 RPM the graph start to go down as i'm increasing rpm, but when i start pedaling it goes right up as my rpm is still low... Also, if you put both Trail and Boost into max setting (Level 10, 85NM) is it suppose to give the same feel, or will the Trail remains more progressive and Boost more linear ?

The graphic shows torque output. Full graphic is 85 Nm. In higher cadence you won't be able to get full 85 nm only to around 56 cad then the nm goes down because of the max powerlimit 500w
How do I know if my bike is equipped with the ep8? It’s a 2020 wire peak. I don’t seem to have the brightness feature or the assist customize for profile selection

The EP8 says "EP8" in bold letters on the drive-side of the motor. If yours doesn't say that, it's probably the E7000 or E8000.
Has the notorious rattle issue been worked out?

Yes. There isn't a way to do that directly on the bike computer, but that can be done in the app.
I've just bought a bike with the EP8 motor got the app and can anyone help me how do I increase the speed to assist me to 20 mph as on my app it will only let me go to 16mph

The EP8 has a top pedal assist speed of 20mph. If you go faster than that the motor will stop assisting you. You can obviously go faster than that but it's all up to your own power at that point. For a motor to be classified as a class 1, it needs to top out at 20mph.
