Main Battery Mod 3 aka reload mod in slot 6, its will down the reload from 27 to 23.76 second but in game hud show 23 only

This ship's name bothers me, like why didn't they name it shinano, I understand that was turned into an aircraft carrier. But why would they name it after a dreadnaught from before WW1? I don't understand their naming conventions at WG other than just making shit up as they go.

Shinano was in game, T9 CV then removed iirc its in Alpha (or beta) version. If they want to add Shinano as T10 premium CV it will confusing. It was named Yashima and changed to Shikishima, both name are from city in Japan. Well its better they choose name from Province like others Yamato-class

@@eiresby2344 shinano was already planned to be a Yamato class thats why to me it made sense. But I guess if you're going to be making something up you might as well fully commit.
