There was a video yesterday with Trenlass playing CV so he could go whale-hunting for Kitakami owners. Hope that he and Flambass don't crash into eachother.

1) It's up to 40 torpedoes 2) Why guess the distribution method, when it's been known for months? It's a free-to-play ship, you can't simply buy crates to get her. You *could* spend about $1800 to convert ship xp to free xp and dump it on the Research Bureau, but no one I know who has Kitakami did that 3) It's a pretty weak ship
