I made this Dish at home 2 hours back & I followed This Recipe and every step of the way & it came out Good!!! THANKS Chef it’s a treat to watch you cook, listen in to you & you take the tedium away from cooking. The trick is to listen to you well, commit it to the Brain & go about matters. You make it easy to get inspired to cook.

@sanjeevkapoorkhazana, as said I tried it yesterday. It came out very well, hubby too liked it :-) Instead of using red chilli paste, I used red chilli sauce. So colour was a bit brownish, but taste was superb!

Didn't understand what you were saying so was happy to see the ingredients in subtitles. Mind you, the food speaks for itself really! Came out really well though I usually use fresh apple juice instead of water and sugar. Thanks for the video :)

I just tried this recipe. But i used a mixture of salsa sauce and red chilli as a paste for the potatoes instead . It turned out to be very good!! Regards Abhinav

I think that you can add schezwaan sauce or chutney into it as it is ideally schezwaan potato..

You can use Kashamiri or normal red chilli
