This is my husband's favorite snack...I am so going to try my hand at this when it rains next and taking a page from you serve it with adrak wali chai. I watch your videos not for recepie(s) , but for your presentation. The way you speak ,interact with camera as if your are interacting with us live , everything you do brings smile on my face and I guess to everyone who watch your videos.

I'm a patient, just recovering from my illness. I came across this video randomly and let me tell you I'm not a cooking fan... Lol, somehow I gathered courage to prep this and it came out really well. My potatoes were just the random ones I had at home..next time if my health allows I'll search for pahari aloo . Anyway everyone liked it...i couldn't have it as I'm not allowed to have high salt diet... thank you...i could bring smile on everyones face....all were exhausted taking care of me since very long. Thank you Ranveer.

I made this Dish at home 2 hours back & I followed Ranveer every step of the way & it came out Succulent Good!!! THANKS Chef Ranveer it’s a treat to watch you cook, listen in to you & you take the tedium away from cooking. The trick is to listen to you well, commit it to the Brain & go about matters. The best part is you have no “Shaan Panti” & you are humble as you lay it bare & make it easy to get inspired to cook.
