* Salt (नमक) - 1 tsp
* Ginger And Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
* Kashmiri Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
* Black Pepper काली मिर्च - 1/4 tsp
* Corn flour कॉर्न स्टार्च- 3 tbsp
* All purpose flour मैदा - 3 tbsp
* Oil तेल - 2 tbsp
* Chopped Onion बारीक़ कटा प्याज़ - 1
* Chopped Garlic कटी हुई लहसुन - 1/4 cup
* Chopped Ginger कटी हुई अदरक - 1 inch
* Chopped Coriander Stem
* Chopped Green Chili कटी हुई हरी मिर्च - 3 to 4
* Soya sauce - 1 tsp
* Red Chili Sauce - 1 tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Paste - 1 tbsp
* Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
* Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
* Black Peppercorns काली मिर्च - 1/4 tsp
* Chopped Capsicum बारीक़ कटा शिमला मिर्च - 1/4 cup
* 1 Onion Petals (optional)
* Water - 3 tbsp
* Mix 1 tsp Corn flour with water

I would wait a little bit more before adding chips to the sauce.. so that the water doesn't make it a bit soggy Nevertheless, great starter and great recipe
