For everyone who has Creo 8.0 or 9.0 with rollform "both side" issue. I chose command "centered on bend line" and increased the radius from 0,54 to cca 0,558 practically 0,56 and Creo made a model rolled with both side.

Hi, i did exactly the way you explained. But at the end result (after transition) is not coming in required side, rather its showing in opposite side (after flipping in transition option) im talking about, im not able to rectify the fault

There is a flip option inside the transitions tab. Just try that and check whether you are getting the correct result. Let me know if this helps.

sir how do you switch on the datum plane with keybord shortcut at 0.51. Also, i followed the same process in creo 7.0. while i add line sketch under transition tab. only the area where i havr sketched will get roled. but the sketch which i made under bend line gets omited. why so?

how can i name my part file. when i give same name to two different parts located in different folders it collapse the assembly of its own diagram what is a reason .how can i avoid it

You cannot have same name for two different parts. Rename the path before calling to the Assembly.

Once you finish the sketch, go to transitions, click on add transition. Now you get sketch option highlighted.

In creo 8.0 how can i make a full roll 3:41 you said roll found ... in creo that option is missing sir

All the options in Creo 8 is similar to the lower version. So this is not a problem. In Creo 8, select roll type and centred on bend line. Try to change bend radius from 0.6 to 1. You will definitely get the result.
