'Nobody wants to do it," the rest of it is. Because the job is insecure labor. Contract work which means that you may not get access to certain protections and things. And probably pay doesn't meet cost they are looking for after you take that into account. A standard job you get access to healthcare, 401k, upwared moblity with out having to own a ranch or whatever to get it. With this type of job there's less of that so it's not attractive labor.
