This is my new favorite thing to watch on KZread now!! I want to help!! I find myself combing through my dog's fur and combing out any clumpies. He loves it. When I get to an itchy spot, his leg goes crazy!!

I started watching your channel because I love to peel things. Lol. However, even though I’ve never been around or had a bearded dragon, I LOVE Chucky. His little personality or should I say big personality is so cute. Keep posting!!!

I do wash them and that is actually bee pollen that is stuck on there from feeding, it wont hirt them yet i totally understand. Someone mentioned that in a comment awhile back & I washed them then, I will start having specific tongs for different things i.e. feeding, shed etc. thanks for the constructive criticism. STAY RAD

Hi 1st off thank you for taking the time to give me some constructive criticism and I could promise you that it wasn't hurting her cause she would have just walked away if so I'm not restraining her I will do my best to portray the proper technique so it doesn't look like the animals being hurt. What is it about shed assistance that 9 out of 10 Bearded Dragon owners DON'T UNDERSTAND??????? To assist means to help NOT to skin your Beardies alive!!!!!!!!! When you assist for Christ's sake look at what you mean to do and THEN get ready. When you grip the DEAD SKIN TRY GETTING AS CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL BODY AS POSSIBLE MEANING TAKE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN IN THE TWEEZERS NOT JUST TAKING ONE SCALE AT A TIME AND THEN HAVING IT BREAK OFF!!!!!!!AND THEN GO WITH THE SCALES NOT AGAINST THE SCALE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP YANKING STRAIGHT OUT OR STRAIGHT UP.PLEASE!!!!!!! GO IN THE SAME DIRECTION THAT THE SCALES GO!!!!!!!NOT ROCKET SCIENCE STUFF. ALWAYS SOAK YOUR BEARDIE FOR ABOUT 15-20 MINUTES IN LUKE WARM WATER AND Spritz WITH LUKE WARM WATER WHILE YOUR ASSISTING. THAT LOOSENS THE DEAD SKIN. TAKE A LITTLE BREAK HALF WAY THROUGH AND OFFER A TREAT THAT YOU KNOW THEY LIKE MEAL WORMS ARE THE BEST .LET HIM RE SETTLE AND GO ON THEY DON'T EAT THE SKIN SO NO NEED TO OFFER IT IN FACT TAKE IT AWAY SO THEY ARE NOT DISTRACTED. PEEL ONE WHOLE AREA AT A TIME INSTEAD OF SOME ARM SOME TALE SOME BELLY AND SO ON.NEVER EVER TURN A BEARDIE ON ITS BACK EVER!!!!!!THEY HAVE A DIFFERENT STYLE OF SHAPE TO THEIR DIOFRAME AND THEIR INSIDES WILL CRASH DOWN. ON THEIR LUNGS AND SMOTHER THEM. THEY WILL BECOME FRANTIC FOR THEIR BREATH AND CAUSE YOU TOO LOSE CONTROL . UNDERSTANDABLY!!!!!THEN YOU SHOULD CONTINUE ON AND WASTE NO TIME BEARDIES ARE NOT KNOWN FOR THEIR PATIENCE. At least try it this way and see if you and your Beardie have an easy assist. Good Luck!!! I have rescued and raised a number of Beardies and Reptiles over many years with great success.🤗🤗😇😇🤗🤗🦎🦎🦎🦎🦎

ok and thanks for the very precise directions. Yet if you have raised dragons you would know that I'm not hurting the animals. If i was "skinning them alive" as you described wouldn't they run away or try to bite? I know thos might come as a shock to you but maybe people can do what they want to do their own way. I greatly appreciate the time and information you gave to help my animals. They are my babies and I get paid to hang out with them.
