I wouldn’t trust an overweight woman in a romantic relationship because she doesn’t respect and love herself enough to maintain it. My last baby was so big (9+lbs) that I hit over 200lbs and I’m only 5 feet tall. I got so insecure but I told my, then, fiancé to get me a treadmill so he did. I lost 70lbs (doing HIIT)in less than a year and enrolled in college ect. There is a way to help your partner but you both have to be able to be honest and lead with love!❤

@@PD-qu8dq during that time I knew I was fat so him saying something probably wouldn’t upset me too much if he comes at me with love and say ”babe I am thinking about getting a treadmill for the house, how do you feel about that? because I also don’t want to spend money for the house without you knowing what I’m doing it for.” [Show her pictures of one; get her involved in the decision making!] She might not say nothing or even look excited but inside she will be relieved and happy even if she don’t say it right away! To me that would show me two good things, one, my husband cares enough to ask my opinion about purchases and that he cares about how I feel even if I didn’t say anything or did. There is a way to tell someone the truth without being nasty and rude! I just knew I didn’t feel good and needed help at that time in my life so I just told him what to do! Lovingly communicating is literally a skill but the more we practice what we say and not just the first thing that we “feel” then we cut down on unnecessarily offending the same people we love and care about!♥️

Your words to "help" her cut deeper than you will ever know have you tried losing weight with her supporting her loving her all the way. Go to gym with her eat healthy with her cook healthy meals with you don't criticize her. That doesn't help she don't wanna be big it's something deeper than that. It will take time but It can be done. Go to the doctor with her. Let the doctor tell her how bad diabetes can get if she don't take care of it. She don't need to hear it from you. Go for a walk together. Sit down and tell her how much you love her and want to do this with her that you'll always be by her side. Don't let her feel lonely take her out let her know you love being seen with such a beautiful lady. You seem like you have one foot out the door already. Eating disorders are just a symptom of something greater. There are issues with her. And you may have inadvertently caused her some emotional pain with your criticizisim. I'm just suggesting some things that would help. But if your fed up then you need to go if your cheating you really need to go cause women know what their man is doing regardless if he's told her or not we know I knew every time one did it to me. Then if you are I hope she loses the weight fixes up and goes out and find better someone who would treat her like a queen. But, if you still love her you better act quick unless you want a phone call saying we did all we could do but we just couldn't save her life.
