It’s frustrating to watch and I believe if they don’t wake up and realize what a marketing blessing Caitlin and other conventional pros are to the future, true sports fans are going to get bored with the thuggery, the blind and incompetent officiating as well as the questionable coaching and then just move on. Clark holds a brown belt in jujitsu . She trained with the Gracie's. She also has fairly decent boxing skills.I think this is why she handles aggressive opponents so well and calmly on the court. She has solid confidence and great self control. When my grandson was 14yrs old she defeated him in a jujitsu tournament and now that she is becoming known his cousins tease him mercilessly about it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 She probably doesn't have time to train anymore. The worst part about this is....I live in the Chicago area. During the 80s Bulls fans complained LOUDLY about the absolute cringe worthy play of the "bad boys" from the Detroit Pistons....funny how Chicago fans HATED the Pistons...but apparently have no problem with our WNBA team the Sky....playing the same way that the Pistons used to. I for one am embarrassed by the ""thuggery" the Sky exhibits.

Caitlin is a real professional who always handles adversities well. She is battling against hate players from the opposition and from her own team including her Coach. If that isn't enough the officials are part of the problem, Bad officiating when a pick is set against the defense of the Fever and the one who sets the pick moves. Instead of calling against the moving pick it is called against the Fever defense

One thing to consider is a lot of Angel's doubles doubles are her putting in her own missed shots from less than 3 feet from the basket. Also consider that if you combine Caitlin's shooting with her assists, then she's often responsible for more than half of Indiana's offensive production. Apparently, the best defense against Caitlin's offense is her coach.

Carter caused bad opinions of her before her history of bad conduct was known. For most fans she probably was unknown and many fans probably now wish they had never heard her name. Blind-side attacks and hacking air-borne opponents are illegal, a big turn-off, and I don't watch any sport hoping to see to see one side attempt to physically injure the other. Reese and Carter fit the same space in my mind due to their documented actions and words.

Well the one main factor that affected both Clark and Reese was the absence of Paige Bueckers in the 22-23 season. After leading UCONN as a Freshman to the Women’s Final Four, she was battling injuries and tore her ACL 17 games into her Sophomore season. That caused Bueckers to miss the whole 22-23 season, and thus the third best college player Clark (at that time), behind Aaliyah Boston went on to play a unknown LSU team after Clark and Iowa performed the upset of the tournament in beating Aaliyah Boston and South Carolina. Paige Bueckers was the top player in Women’s college Basketball, and Bueckers’ UCONN team defeated Clark and Iowa their Freshman year in the NCAA Tournament. So to say that Clark will be the greatest player to ever play in the WNBA when Paige Bueckers hasn’t come into the league yet… that’s a stretch. As for Chennedy Carter… she was dropped from the league because of her violent nature and combative attitude. So in a degenerate league like the WNBA, for them to drop Carter like they did, says a lot about her. But Teresa Weatherspoon Carter’s coach is an awful Coach, and a win at all cost person, hence why Reese and Carter do what they do.

Both separated after the basket but were jawing at each other . Carter simply stepped in to defend her teammate. This is expected of teammates in hockey, football and baseball. It was a natural reaction for Carter to step in on her teammate's behalf.
