She Could Not Trust Her Stepfather Growing Up

Ойын-сауық

In today's powerful episode of Unfiltered Stories, we have the honor of hearing from Cherrelle Haney-Jones as she bravely shares her life story with us. Growing up, Cherrelle's childhood was marred by the actions of her stepfather, who subjected her to deeply traumatic experiences. Whenever he found himself in a state of anger, he would direct his frustrations towards Cherrelle and her family, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.
Despite the immense challenges she has faced, Cherrelle's unwavering determination to heal and help others shines through. As she works on her second book, which delves into her personal experiences, Cherrelle stands as a powerful example of the incredible strength and resilience that survivors possess. Her journey serves as an inspiration to anyone who has undergone trauma, reminding us that it is possible to reclaim one's life and find purpose in the face of adversity. Join us as we listen to Cherrelle's moving story and bear witness to the transformative power of sharing our truths. #UnfilteredStories #survivorstories

They don't listen because they're too lazy to move them elsewhere because they just don't care where they place those children.

Who the hell hurt them? Its such a horrible cycle. Many many people are hurt in horrible ways and never ever grow up to hurt anybody not even a fly. I don't think its an excuse. Society is failing in so many ways. This system has failed and still is failing so many innocent babies. I'm so tired sometimes it makes you feel so helpless. The fact that we have to have advocates and organizations against such heinous crimes against little humans and people in general speaks volumes as to how depraved humans have been and have become.😢

"This just sounds like generational trauma being passed down" Willie Lynch said, "If you follow my program it will feed on itself for generations, unless something happens to break the cycle." We've been traumatized for hundreds of years! 70% of Black homes are single parent run, the Black men is on the brink of obsolescence. Dysfunctionality is the Black home norm! we're in trouble brothers and sisters. We must see the child rearing process in Unison brothers and sisters, we cannot keep chasing each other away. Unite, Unite we must, to the disappointment of forces in society.

The older I get the more I realize a lot of women are dumb af. Like idk why but some women are just so stupid especially when it comes to men. They will do virtually anything to have a man and that includes sacrificing their children

All men aren’t bad though. Some men are great step-fathers and never abuse their step-children in any way. Myself, my sister and brother had our own dad’s but my mother married my father and hell my Daddy treated us all the same. My mom passed and my Daddy is still Daddy to my siblings and we’re in our 40’s. All men aren’t bad. Hell, I went to school with a girl that got pregnant with her biological father’s baby when we were 7th graders and to hide it, her mother made her lie and pin that baby on a teenager in high school. The truth came out though.

How is it that any sick psychopath can become a foster parent and have a foster home? Isn't some sort of psychological evaluation required before having innocent children delivered to these people?

I don’t know why I continue to watch this channel. The anger I feel to hear these stories! I be screaming at my phone! I literally know what my bias is. I cannot deal with those who abuse children especially sexually. I am a woman of God but a part of me wants nothing positive to ever come to them despite therapy or any “rehabilitation”. To any victims, I am so so soooo sorry you went thru that. None of it was your fault. Sometimes ppl are really sick and we happen to cross their paths. 🥺
