nope there is something about watching him cook that glues you to the vid

I really like the lack of measurements. Cooking can be so personal and artful, keeping it free and up to intuition is one thing that makes it so satisfying.

Yo Kev, you've inspired me to spend most of my spare time cooking to relax which is becoming a strong passion, I live in an RV motorhome so can be hard to cook sometimes lol but I get there. Would love to visit to try your food but sadly in the UK, maybe one day. Keep up the good work, cheers!
