You have forget to mention the two power levels of the Arc5 by pressing the power button twice to get full power out of it!

Hi. I'm deciding whether to use a electric shaver over a blade. I'm looking at the Braun 7 over the Panasonic only because of price but I'm wondering do any of them cut as close as a blade?

Honestly, The Braun Series 9 Pro and the Philips Norelco S9000 Prestige get as close as a blade, but they are both very expensive. The Braun Series 7 is a great shaver, but it does not get quite as close as a blade.

And the panasonic arc 5 shave as close as a blade?

not quite, if you want as close as a blade, I think you need to try the Braun Series 9 Pro or the Philips Norelco S9000 Prestige, but the ARC 5 and Braun Series 7 are almost that close

The Braun series 9 pro is way too expensive. My issue is the complete confusion over models. They make it extremely difficult for a consumer.

@@bar10ml44 I could somewhat agree with the confusion. The series 5, 6, and 7 are very similar. The 8 is kinda forgotten, and rarely gets talked about. For example, I have the Braun Series 8 and haven't even made a video. But the Braun Series 9 is really a much better shaver than the others. Call it expensive or just better value, but it is a great shaver.

@@ShaverDude Thank you. After much angst and reviews I'm sticking with a Panasonic arc 5. My previous Panasonic has been a powerhouse so why complicate things. £114 for a razor that gets excellent reviews. Cheers and thanks from London.
