This is old, but he doing way better he now playing for lsu this year always been still praying for him bc even after heart surgery still have a affect on u

I know this is old and I'm so happy he's doing so good now cause I felt him when he said he seen all those Dr's and broke down. As a person that's been through and still going through medically, every day is a gift.

My mom is a 90 year old country white Christian lady from the backwoods of Texas and has been a fan of Shaq and his family since day 1. When this happened she hit it!! Prayed prayed prayed. I mean she was shook. She was so happy after the surgery and was getting good updates. This young man is so blessed. This maybe old news but he's been through.....nevermind y'all get what I'm saying.

Old old story, he's fully recovered and still very active!

New to others and that’s good!!! Many family members died from Heart Failure... regular physicals half caught late.

Now just imagine if he didn't play basketball . It's funny how things happen . Thank god they found out, fixed it, & now he's good ❤

That trainer is such a real one, he could've just left it alone and it could've led to a disaster, even if it effects his ability to be drafted or play basketball, better to live a long and full healthy life and have the opportunity to do other things, and if he comes back and makes it anyway it'll be an inspiration and it'll be way safer

Something very similar happened to me , I wish my parents had the money and/or resources so that I could get the surgery and continue to play but it’s all good. I’m living with it and I just have to be careful when I exercise

I believe if he put the camera in a way where we can see his whole upper part of chest figure you would see a little scare. But he only showed his neck and head view purposely. They said this is an old video so maybe he used bio oil and coco butter and got tattoos to hide it.
