No.. try to invest good stocks bro.. y choose index .. index never give bonus and dividend..but stocks will give you both .. allocate some funds to stocks .. me also invest past 2 ayers SIP methods.. my stocks also grow dividend also I got every 3 months once .

Donot start investment if you don't have emergency fund for atleast 6months for your family expense. If you don't have emergency fund you will have no option other than to break you investment. For investment, if your beginer go for 5% of your income in nifty 50 etf and 5% of you income in next nifty 50 etf for a year or so and increament by 10%(5 to 5.5) every year Meanwhile start to read basic book on investments, it give a hand in picking stocks. Once you have good knowledge and know how to implement it, go for individual stock picking. create your own framework for picking stock. It will be wrong first, improvise it by learning from you mistake If you go for mutual fund, expense ratio will be crucial and no one can guarantee the same return for comming years. Also you need to know whether the perception of the fund manager aligns with you expectations

@Yuvan Generally the Board Members (Board of Directors) manage the affairs of company. These directors are appointed by shareholders on Annual General Meeting. For your second question, how to analysis about the stock when the company doesn't have any promoter?? Before investing in a particular stock of the company, there are many ways to check the performance of the company as wells it's stocks. Checking the integrity of promoter or owner is the one way as said my Shri. Anand Srinivas Sir, but if the company doesn't have any identifiable promoter, then we can see integrity expertise, experience, performance of the Chairman, CEO, Independent directors etc. Also we can check the companies performance by its Liquidity position, company's Leverage, Turnover ratio, Profitability ratio., etc are other way we can use for analysis before investing. Apart from this, to know the company stock performance, we have to check PE Ratio ( Price Earning Ratio), Dividend yield ratio, Share price and it's volume traded will help you to make better investment Choice.
