Barkley said "it's none of his business" when Ernie said "don't you think he sees what Warriors added with Durant". Like LeBron doesn't have to go up against them. Of course he wants the Cavaliers to be fully equipped to defend their championship.

Jules Santana usually when arguments happen Shaq has the bad habit of getting personal, which is why people have said he ruined the chemistry. However this is one of the few arguments where Shaq did contribute some good insight in this debate by explaining why LeBron said he needed more help. And Chuck/Kenny also had valid points as well. Overall this maybe the best debate I've seen on TNT.

The coach can't implement a system that will make the whole team better bc of LeBron being overly ball dominant and not establishing himself in a clear role. Front office can't get better players bc with LeBrons free agency coming up players dont wanna commit long term and not wanna go there. He also practically petitioned to have garbage players become overpaid. The team can't get a rhythm bc he won't share responsibility and ball handling. He refuses to play off ball and trust his teammates.

I thought he was just doing that to diss Chuck but he had a point in there(even if it was partially or mostly to diss Chuck lol), winning 2 championships in a row is a much different kind of difficulty than winning the first one. Your team is now in the spotlight, teams are figuring out ways to beat your team and your system, your own team needs to find the motivation that they had to win the first championship which proves to be a big mental hurdle, ect. Most of the time what a championship team does to win the first time(same set of players same formula) won't be enough next time around.

darkgable85 , Shaq's statement was nonsensical. Shaq didn't put his Lakers teams together. Shaq doesn't know squat about winning back to back championships when it comes to getting the right players - The Lakers team staff did, and the Heat team staff did. Shaq's contribution was milking the league's standing order for refs to allow him to plow into defenders so he could get close enough to the basket to score. Shaq was never the best player in the league, not one year of his career. It's not entirely his fault, as he didn't have to develop skill with the refs letting him just bull his way to the hoop. But the fact remains that other than improving his passing skills a little, from Shaq's rookie year to the "peak" of his career there isn't a single area of his game where he actually improved in skill. Instead, he became lazier and lazier on defense and rebounding over the course of his career. Shaq's legacy is a product of the league having very little integrity and pandering to its biggest marketing assets, and has very little to do with any actual achievement on Shaq's part.

YES shaq you the man, understanding that in order to compete at this stage is going to take a bit more.

I really like these guys and this show! It’s always fun. A little heat from time to time is alright, juuuust, as long as they make-up and keep doing good work.

I know people don't agree but Della played a huge role in Cleveland winning two games back in 2015.

Im not lying I've laughed about five times in a row now where it hurts... U have to find the little details that make that moment where Chuck got frustrated at Shaq even more funny. Like Chuck's facial features changed dramatically as soon as Shaq said it takes more to win a championship. Chuck's eyebrows and eyes change, and then when Shaq says you know nothing about back to back, Chuck was gonna say something then just stopped, and also Kenny's slightly surprised and scared like a little kid when Chuck raised his voice is all hilarious lol

I remember it getting to the point where James basically wanted to just roll past everyone with no close scores. He has a rep now for only wanting to play on teams with at least 2 or 3 starting automatic hall of famers. Special shot out to magic, bird, Jordan, kobe. Both have great points. Hakeem for example he didnt really have a legit side kick superstar in the first championship and they struggled in game 7 against the Knicks even though he was killing Patrick Ewing and handling his duties as the big man and leader. Rockets wisely went out and got Clyde Drexler who was lil past it but still could put up great production. Cavs after they won didnt make any improvements last year while the Warriors got Kevin frickin Durant. In order to have a dynasty u need to constantly improve to make it much easier especially with how sub par the Cavs coach is.

Kenny’s arguments made no sense. LeBron doesn’t have a right to look at that KD added warrior team and correctly deduce that the cavs don’t have near enough fire power and say they need better players, because what kd did was unheard of and never done before? What?

People defending LBJ don't get something very simple. Apart from on the Heat, LeBrons teams have always been the underdogs. At least Charles is consistent with great players going to the best teams to win (KD).

That's like Bill Wennington and Patric Ewing having an argument and Wennington says to Ewing that you know nothing about winning back to back championships. Talking about who has more championships is just being grimy and has no logical bearing. What else more can LeBron reasonably expect them to do? They are way over the cap and have no flexibility to make a deal without weakening another area on their team.
