@@jonnstewart2023 I love Kobe I've watched his game I'm a die hard Lakers fan he's my favorite player ever but even you have to admit there was defense really going on and was just chucking them up, one of my favorite Kobe moments of course the rings the suns buzzer beater but my favorite is when he hit a buzzer beater against the Celtics in January that would always be one of my favorite moments that's slept on, I'm just saying there's a lot of moments that were better than that Kobe game he flashed back to the old Kobe they called a ball hog

It is. I saw some younger guys today on fb or some social media saying “man all these Kobe stories can’t be real. They gotta be fake or exaggerated” I didn’t think it was possible in the Information Age to have myths/legends like back in the 90s where you’d hear about things people like Bo Jackson did. But Kobe has reached that level in an era where we literally know and see everything at all times. Legendary

The man is a legend. MJ is my GOAT because he was mythic to me. I was a bit too young when he was in his prime in the 90s but I remember my dad cheering for the Bulls at that time. In contrast, I was not a Lakers fan growing up and Kobe always the destroyed the teams I was rooting for. I hated him then for doing that. Looking back at it, this man was such a savage that I could relate to all the Bulls’ opponents back in the 90s. It’s like a full circle moment. Heroes are forever but legends never die.
