You can tell who has never been in a fight or boxed by the people who think a fighter should study the Rocky Balboa style of defense where you eat punches with your face lol. Head movement and footwork is not "running away" but i promise you NONE of the people in the comments would EVER use the strategy of eating unnecessary punches in a boxing match.
