Breaking a shaker geode. A shaker geode is a geode that has loose crystals inside its cavity that you can hear rattling if you shake it. This one was particularly hard to crack. The mineral inside I have never seen before. If anyone knows what it is please let me know in the comments.
Formed and found in south central Kentucky.
