I have a lot of respect for Shailene Woodley because she was standing up in North Dakota for No DAPL. So i will go watch this movie. When i use to watch American teenager i can admit i was getting tired of her charactor, but never thought id see her as someone who cared for natives, first nations, or whatever we like to call ourselves. But what sucks is they still did the pipeline.

That's because there is no reason not to make the pipeline. It's the safest, cleanest, least expensive way to transport oil. There are millions of miles of pipeline in the United states running under every major city.

But those damn people are gonna listen to them and build around. And yet us who are natives people don't care to hear about what we don't want or they don't respect what is our traditions, beliefs, or whatever else there is to say about us. Just a few people care.

This movie was amazing. It looked so real unlike many other ocean movies that look ridiculous. I was actually getting sea sick. WOW Beautiful movie about survival, love, and the power of nature. A must see.

She’s so bubbly and adorable.

That scene, is my dreams, at night. It's so scary. They come out of nowhere, well near the beach or out on the sea, and then the big waves come, and they toss me around under water. But most of the time I can hold my breath for ages.

Filming in the middle of the sea? The sailing scenes from Life of Pi were absolutely crazy and still they filmed the whole thing in a 60x60 ft wave pool with a blue/green screen.
