Contract forbids them taking parts in a competitors movie. So Pratt can't be a DC character in a movie because he is contracted with Marvel/Disney as Star Lord in GOTG and Margot cannot be a Marvel character because she has a contract with Warner Brothers as Harley Quinn. As far as I know only Willem Dafoe and Ryan Reynolds have played characters in both comic franchise movies. I could be wrong.

Do you know why Pratt did a better job than Jimmy? It's because Pratt is *GENUINELY* interested in the answer of the guests. On the other hand, Jimmy asks it, because the script tells him so. It's also why Conan has a better personality, because he uses the guest's answer to "spin" it for a comedic relief. You can imagine a few scenarios for yourself, where a guest answered a question, and Jimmy just says "hahaha, okay, (next question)". Here, you can see that Pratt is always double downing on the Robbie's answer, which is always a good thing (even in real life) to show interest.
