Shadow Work Will Unf*ck Your Life…

Book A Discovery Call - To see if we'd be a good fit to work together. It's time to take action to create your best self: theconsciousman.as.me/Discove...
Many men have gained the world but lost their soul. They have the car, the house, the girl, but have lost themselves along the way. External results mean nothing without the inner peace and integration to enjoy them. The outer trappings and achievements just become the icing on the cake, not the cake itself.

As you should be… that’s not an easy task for humanity. Choosing your response rather than reacting is more evolved than you realize.

@@TheConsciousMan143 Yeah, you can choose your response and evolve all you want; at the end, relationships depend on the others, and if the others don't follow your degree of maturity, they will end up blaming you for their mistakes because they will be tired of feeling guilty constantly, only to call you a manipulator and leave you alone if you try to be diplomatic. Maturity is either overrated, or I seem only to have crossed impulsive people for my whole life, including within the academicly intense period. Personal development is overrated too: it mostly gives you a feeling of progression, but at the end your success has roots in your intelligence and appareance, your hardware. You can try to fix some real stuff with chirurgy or drugs, but the price is high, the outcome far from guaranteed, and the scope limited.

I need to leave my girlfriend of 38 after the loss of our son. I know i need to do it because i have to confront my shadow self. The past shame, humiliation, pain, fear of being alone and all the projections. This is scary as hell because i'm 40 and i want a family, but i can't go on anymore like this. I need to deeply accept and love myself before bringing another human life here. Thanks brother for this video

I’m very sorry for your incredibly tragic loss, but this is more about internal healing, not really to do with changing anything about your external life. If you see that the course has ended by all means do what you feel is best for you both, you went through something that is extremely traumatic, but before you detach from someone you know so well and went through something so intense with, make sure you made a clear choice and not focused just on having a fresh start, that is not the same as an internal confrontation to heal yourself within.

The painful emotions get put in you as a child and then you are taught to not release them. Most parents are uncomfortable when their child cries so they shut them down from releasing their pain. The same relief the body feels when you throw up can be compared to the way the soul feels after you release an emotion. You become free from that pain. If you don’t release the pain it will stay in your soul and cause all kinds of pains and even diseases. The cure to cancer is deep emotional release. Crying is not weak, it makes you stronger and heals you.

Perfect video brother. Shadow work is one of the most important things we can do to ourselves, in order to clean up our house within, and then be able to sit in it with peace. Wether if we want to feel happiness, peace, love, manifest our dream life, shadow work is essential. It's all about working out our subconscious patterns from fear, limits, anger, hate, resentment etc. This is not spoken about so much and I am happy that you bring it up !

Great video man, I resonate a lot with this. Lately I’ve been processing some sexual traumas I carry since I was a little kid, and for me it’s been very visceral, animalistic, and eye opening. These parts of myself that I was ashamed to face earlier in my life seem to manifest as a shadow that is ultimately searching for love. I get these images of gory, sexual things and satanic symbolism, and at first it was very scary (because I didn’t know who I was), but over time its becoming interesting and even magical to explore these things. It’s like holding a younger, confused part of me and loving it through everything it is showing me. I think a meditation practice is key to not becoming consumed and triggered by the beliefs, emotions, and thoughts that these parts carry. Curiosity and love heals all wounds ❤ Much love my friend!

@@TheConsciousMan143Thanks man, you are doing god’s work with these videos, they’re amazing! I think it is SO IMPORTANT when you talk about how it is that we should relate to ourselves. It’s the key to healing, and it can’t be said enough. To be loving and to talk to these wounded parts of us as if they were little kids. It makes all of the difference. Our nervous system won’t open up to us if it doesn’t feel safe, and if our attitude is judgmental and of trying to “fix” or forcefully change something in ourselves, we won’t be able to really listen for what it is that we need. And like you said, most men today suck at feeling emotions. I used to think I was “immune” to emotions because I felt numb all the time and I would take pride in being “stoic” when really I was ignoring how I felt. The truth is there was a lot of emotion I wasn’t aware of, and it’s so easy to numb ourselves with technology and forget what we’re feeling. Mindfulness and psychedelics made me aware of that layer of reality, and sometimes they can humble you pretty quickly 😂
