Shadow has a pretty strong chance of winning this, especially if he has at least 2 Chaos Emeralds on him. 1 probably wouldn't be enough to overcome Ryuko's nearly instantaneous regeneration abilities. Also, Ryuko generally prefers to win fights by cutting the opponent's clothes off, which isn't going to work here. If Senisoshitsu has any effect at all, it'll just remove Shadow's limiter rings...which would would make him even stronger.

The sword Ryuko wields can literally stop life fibers from regenerating. Shadow can at any time, take the scissor blade from her and since Ryuko’s body is made up of nothing but life fibers, the scissor blade stops all of that from happening. Just pierce the heart or slash the body a few times.

I like how you got his personality right here. He's serious, but he still goes out of his way to help people, like how he decided to return Ryuko to her dimension instead of just leaving her there. That's something SEGA doesn't even remember anymore.

Because the 7 emerald are part important of this saga , some of the characters must collect them you have to check Valentine vs Litchi (which is in the description of this video) ,you may understand the absence of these and why there's no super form

Nope that girl literally did nothing but take his attacks, she can regenerate instantly, has a decapitation mode for that sword, a finisher move she didn't bother using, 3 more forms on that outfit and another sword. I don't mind her losing but it seemed pretty one sided how only shadow got to use any abilities.
