To those wondering why Shadow's Boom model was used along with the standard one: It's to represent the transformation of Shadow into something else as he slays each colossus. It's mirroring Wander's own transformation into something demonic/otherworldly in appearance as he kills each colossus and absorbs the essence of Dormin within.

That was actually a quote from one of the original promotional images that I saw in a magazine from back in 2005. It showed a colossus in the background with the hero charging at him, sword out, and comparatively, very small. It was actually a pretty good ad.

Not gonna lie, if by crazy shenanigans this were a real game or elaborate mod, I’d play it, if just for the sake of curiosity. Plus, the idea of dashing around massive landscape of The Forbidden Lands with Shadow’s (or even Sonic’s) speed, hover-shoes, spin-dashing, and other abilities would be fun to goof around with.

I mean... stealing peoples money is dickish, yes, but in return he steals their killing and their incest, so I think its a fair trade.

Ok, jokes aside, I kinda imagine a Shadow game or a chapter where he's in a G.U.N. solo mission investigating a source of energy that comes from some ruins and then everything goes wrong, he accidentally awakens whatever was dormant down those ruins/gets teleported to another world where he's absolutely unable to communicate with Rouge or the base and he has to find a way to come back, meanwhile on earth it's been months and he has been reported as 'Missing in action', Rouge and friends have to take the matter in their own hands bc some of the higher ups are unashamedly relieved the ultimate-lifeform-that-tried-to-destroy-earth-is-gone and won't lift a finger to search for him, we can have Shadow starting to feel truly lonely and have him talk to himself how much he would like to at least a way to communicate (He has been keeping count of how long he has been in planet-god-knows-what) or how much he misses home, maybe he was sent to an alternative future where his friends have been sealed for AGES by something Eggman unleashed and it ended up in the destruction of the world, idk, just looking at a modern or futuristic-like character in a world set whole centuries in the past (Maybe more) is a nice concept to me, we can play arqueologist with Shadow since he decided to document everything (As he was intended to do in the first place) and discover the story of those ruins (It gives him something to do as he tries not to go insane from pure boredom while trying to get back) It would be pretty hilarious if you leave him standing still for too long he'll yell exasperated to the player something like 'I've got places to go, y'know?' Or 'I wonder if Rouge is feeding my cat', or even 'Maria would like this castle...' I love small details like that XD Hell, you can have his Chao travel with him, he can reach small places Shadow can't! Shadow arguing with his Chao while tracing a map that takes an entire wall (He speed ran through the area and marked down several towers/castles, you get more places the more you explore, and it's just shadow doodling the thing horribly with ink and connects it to the other ones with tiny dots XDD) and that's how you get your next mission, by crossing off places in the map and heading to the next, imagine he names the places (In the most bored, sassy tone) like 'Sandy castle 1, Sandy castle 2... Oh! Sandy tower, I love the view!' XDDD You can have a secret achievement like 'Test of patience' or 'The Ultimate Arqueologist' if you manage to document everything there is to document XDD If the other characters see his mess of a map and notes and are like 'Da fuck is this????' because it only makes sense to him and he refuses to elaborate and this is his mission report (He gets a 3 month vacation after this, he seriously needs it, he has seen enough sand for the rest of existence)

I was expecting Maria instead of Sonic tbh.

Wtf that description.
