It was good to see how well your hydrangea divisions from last fall are doing. Your success has given me the incentive I needed to try it myself. I must tell you that it was in searching for tips on dividing hydrangeas that I found your channel; then, of course, I was hooked and had to watch the previous videos (some more than once). So like how you bring all your viewers (friends) right into the day's project with "Let's see how that looks there", as if we were working right beside you. Your end of June garden tour had me oohing and aahing. In one area, I'd be besotted with Lavender, then another area Wild Berry Heuchera, then Kniphofia, Midnight Masquerade Penstemon, Stachys, and, oh, my, the Astilbes!!! I want them all, too. Your lucky neighbors...to have such beauty just steps away. P.S. Need to see more of Max. What a sweetie...just want to reach through the screen and grab him up! Maybe your talented brother who made you the trellis could come up with a "play pen" for Max so he could be outdoors safely with you (and us) while you work.

The first time I ever watched your channel was when you were splitting the hydrangea to plant up along the gully. I thought, she’s so stinkin’ cute and so peaceful to watch. I planted one ligularia several years ago and LOVE it. Mine has given me several “babies” that I’ve transplanted all over my shady yard. Such a wonderful plant. P.S. we have the same gloves 😊

Jes I have never attempted to split a plant that I bought new from the garden center. That is something that I will be ok with doing in the future. Thank you so much for showing how that works.

I get Liguarias for free anytime I want from my friend Nancy , she has them freely multiplying in the wooded areas by her house . Mine are so big , bold and beautiful right now after living in my new location for 3 years and Nancy was kind enough to supply me as i was starting garden beds in a big backyard that was empty except for a big crabapple tree and a Rhododendron . You will love 💕 them , I guarantee it

Love those hydranga. My next door neighbor has them and I can view them from my window or back patio. You've done a ton of planting this Summer and you're not done yet! 😍 It will be sad to see Winter arrive and you won't get to view this for mons.. 😒 (pssssst speaking of Shanendoah again... they will be in "Michigan" Aug. 18th in West Branch for the Ogemaw Co Fair.
