@@hangingdeadguy1 awesome! I just picked up a distortion so I was wondering if I should have gotten the JB? What are the differences that you hear in the room?

@BattaSSL the jb has a little bit more high mids, kind of fuzzy sound. The distortion is similar but more defined. Kind of like a sharpened pencil ✏️ vs a dull pencil. If that makes any sense

@@hangingdeadguy1 Yeah that totally does. I was wondering if I made the right or wrong choice but from this video I can tell I definitely made the right one going with the distortion. I appreciate it. Great video. Keep up the great work!

That studio with the ebony fretboard is an awesome guitar. Apparently Gibson is doing them again in 2024. One of the best “deals” for a Gibson.

I heard that they are going to have a faded white guitar. I think I will have to try it when I see it. Thanks for the comment

They both sound very similar through your rig, however I use theJB for blues and Rock.

That’s awesome I really like the JB. But the distortion is something different that I haven’t ever really used before. Thanks for the comment and sharing

I think the distortion would be suitable. I don’t think those tones are too mod focused as the jb provides. The distortion is slightly scooped with more high end. Thanks for the comment

A Duncan Custom SH-5 Ceramic would be far better than the JB or Distortion. More clarity and bite.

Why are you playing different riffs? This makes the video pretty much pointless.

I’m not trying to play different riffs I usually just feel them out hoping to play similar. Thanks for the comment
