Pumla brought me here🥰🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I first knew about Dr. Sule from over 25. I booked an appointment with her since I had a 'chronic' infection gynae related I loved the way she handled me. She really took her time to listen to me. Put me on treatment and told me what to avoid. It's been one year now and the infection hasn't recurred😊 God bless you Dr. Sule you are one of a kind...
Why is she pretty, informed and most importantly KIND? 🥰🥰 She looks like the OBGYN you really look forward to her appointments
That's why I chose to be child free. Motherhood is a lot of work and sacrifices that I'm not ready for. God bless all mothers
This video was a very defining birth control moment for me
Define beauty with brains and a gallon of kindness. Dr. Sule 😍
For a 22 year old who isn’t even planning on having a baby any time soon, this was extremely informative 😭😂

She walked into the delivery room an empowered woman. Information is power. I was happy that she had this information. I hope she was too.
The more information I get on child birth the more scared I get. I go like tano tena. All in all great conversation.
Dr. Sule please talk about Fibroid and how they affect fertility in 30 year olds with no children

And still some men got the guts to physically attack their women after she underwent all this just so you could have a family, Unbelievable. Good talk. Am a man but I have learnt alot too...
This is so informative, her voice is so calming. She quiets the storms of female sexual and reproductive health. For a second there I considered getting a baby, thank you Dr. Sule.
One thing that no one told me during my full 9 months of pregnancy is that after pushing my baby I will also have to push the placenta out. You should have seen the shock on my face … I suggested that they should pull it out .. I was TIRED!!!! Nope I had to push it out. Not very painful but I was shocked that I had never heard of this EVER before!!!!

They don't really tell us these things. I learnt everything from Dr. Google even you tube videos weren't a thing at that time. Mimi I was shocked at how bad it felt when they check how far you've dilated. It's the worst thing someone shoving their fingers in when you're having contractions.

True, they don't even tell you that if that contraction to push the placenta doesn't happen, you might end up in theater to get it out.
I feel men this is the kind of info that we should get learn understand. This is so informing.
This is definitely a gold mine for information.. Thank you Dr.Sule and @over25

Iam a mother in waiting! This was very informative i will carry them when GOD touches my womb 🙏
Dr. Sule. The best gynaecologist!
this is a really great conversation especially to young and new mom and parents, thank you so much
Wheewwww!! Thank you very much, Over25; I've learned a lot. I'm in Rwanda, where such conversations are almost prohibited with us.
It was worth watching and taking notes all through. Thank you so much
This was very helpful.. thank you over 25
I enjoy such conversations because usually friends and family members who've had kids hide some of their experiences. I always learn new things.
Dr Suleh you're doing a great job,no medical jargon, but well discussed with O25
Always great to have Dr. Sule on the show 🤗
This is very much informative ... Thank you ladies 😊

This was sooo informative. Wow. Dr Sule you are a national treasure💎
Hello Over 25, how I hope you get to read my comment. Can you please find a specialist who can talk about dysmenorrea and how to deal with it, I think dysmenorrea is going to kill me one of these fine days. I am getting to over 25, and the pain??? I hope to find more information around read, everything, used everything but the older I get the more painful they get. I just hope my request is heard, I get frustrated most of the time. I will appreciate your feedback.
I totally relate with the content esp the sexual health postpartum. We need to do better to support women during postpartum be it healthcare providers, partners, family etc. Thanks over25 for this content
I really wish I had this information pre- pregnancy.
This is so informative, especially the fact that it is coming from someone who is a mother( Shikie), one who is in the process of becoming a mother( Lorna), and someone yet to experience the whole process ( Jules) plus an expert.
totally awesome convo! well done 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
These are those rare conversations that must be hard. Great content. 👌
Such a good episode. Very informative
Thank you for the information you guys are the big sisters we never had , was requesting if you would bring shantell petit to the show
I am afraid now more than ever to become a mother one day but everything will be fine. I cannot believe my mom did this 7 times. God bless her God bless all moms
Very informative.. I think it's lack of knowledge that we don't do things right.. I can relate, when I was giving birth 8yrs ago..I have 3kids..my ex husband didn't care while I was pregnant and after I gave birth..just nothing ..it's was horrifying to me till now I become emotional when I think about..like he could ask me "if am the first to carry a child in my belly".. If right now I could consider having another child I would like a supportive and considerate partner..all the way..
Nice to see Dr. Sule back. Articulate! Informed! Slaying! wueh🔥🔥 I look up to all you lovely ladies! Keep doing what you do🔥🔥❤
This is very informative but really alot to handle in my mind, so God help me when I get in the journey of pregnancy..
This is very informative❤
Ladies, every time I see Dr. Sule, I know I am going to be schooled. I am a mother of two, normal and cs births but this information being given has sent cold chills down my body. After my cs, I said I am not doing this anymore. I was traumatized and I can’t go back on my word. No more babies. I really feel for Lorna receiving this information now. Soldier on and ask the doctor about all these risks.
Dr. Sule is so knowledgeable!!
Very informative conversation... 👏 👌

There should be trigger warnings when rape, sexual assault, etc are discussed. Otherwise great content :)
Notification gang gang!!!!!

Feeling so 😱
She didn't talk about sex during pregnancy....🤔 But very informative episode. Wish I heard this four years ago before my babies but is all good.

Uweee....life scare bana....am breathing hard...

I'm 6 weeks postpartum and I had a difficult pregnancy. Fortunately baby is doing well, but I'm still scarred. I can't imagine having sex. I had a c section but I want nothing to do with sex. I feel like I have ptsd.

Same aki I don't enjoy it at all
You can see the wheels turning in Lornzie's head. So quiet
Maybe try and cover positives next time. Am sure there are many women out there who bounce back even better after pregnancy. I can attest to it that my sex drive never dipped a single day
This is such an important conversation, I now think having a baby is alot of sacrifice, you kinda traumatized Lorna today
❤️❤️
Aki Jules 😂😂😂 She's so terrified Relax girl
I'm reacting the same way as jules. 🤔weuh.child birth is not easy.
i thought the trauma ends at pregnancy and childbirth woii
OMG and a 100 WUEHS is all I gotta say for now 🙆🏿♀️
Aki Lonzie is scared 😑

I had twin boys and oh boy I had postpartum depression and I just wanted to kill my babies or run away from them.

@@j.maureenwanjiku3545 I feel you, I went through it and I had no idea what it was. I was labeled a bad mother till today.
Child birth suddenly sounds like a lot! I am scared. But I prolly should be consoled that our mums did it more than 5 times
First!
The vlog time is long. Kindly reduce it to a more convenient for viewers to go through to end rather than leaving it along the process
I knew some if not most of this stuff but still I’m currently pregnant close to giving birth, a refresher is fine and relaxing in a way. I feel it tends to be easier to be prepared for something when you know about it. With motherhood I was ready for it to change me mentally and physically from the getgo. I feel they’ll be more positive than negative and for the negative ones I’ll just do the mental work and or go to the doctor if need be. So far most of my worries are baby related than about me. And even if I have more problems than they will I’ll still want to put theirs first so aye one day at a time lol. In the end, mothers and fathers give yourself some grace.
This is such a good gynae....i must get her contact....so unique
