I made this Anna cosplay (from Frozen) dress for my friends new born baby. Never to young to cosplay! Baby clothes are just the cutest.. the dress pattern is free and pretty easy to sew. I adjusted it a bit to look more like the dress princess Anna wears in the Disney movie. I added cap sleeves and embroidery and changed the gatherd skirt for a pleated one.
This tutorial is meant for people who have a basic knowledge/ experience with sewing. I am in no way a professional. I can only try to explain how I personally make my costumes.
