It was funny because it was his English ment in tours so it was unexpected.

They were being emotional and saying meaningful things but then Hoshi started saying his english speech. It's funny because he always says the same speech, carats even know it by heart. He interrupted the meaningful moment and gave everyone a laugh 😂
