We're not ones who's complaining about. The MEMBERS themselves who are complaining. That's why I said it reminds me of CLC. CLC wanted comeback, and their company refused, then their company finally let them go when their contract finally expire. Samething is happening with Fromis9.

@@madkmadk6809 I mean, SM have its issues, but their issues are the same every company has: greed. The difference is some companies are better at hiding it. But the thing is SM has never had issues with pitting their groups against each other. They’ll promote one after the other and their 3.0 business model basically states everyone gets a comeback and everyone gets a tour. They’re not gonna sit out a group with no reason (a la fromis_9). I’d argue HYBE is worse because the skeletons we do know about are just the tip of the iceberg with them. We know SM’s issues because they’re front and center.

And he will do it with the next pledis girlgroup too as long as he's the ceo. Before even joining hybe he did it to pristin. Hybe isn't stopping him from promoting fromis_9. If he asked for funding for fromis_9 comeback and tour from hybe, he'd get it. It's just he is the one who is lazy to invest effort and work into fromis9 concept and songs. Have you seen how a lot of sm's biggest stars all left ? Especially exo members(the only sm group i ever stanned) I'm never forgiving sm for sending baekhyun chen and xiumin to court just because they didn't wanna recontract with sm again. Thankfully they left along with D.O. Now shinee taemin and onew left too. Taeyeon wants to retire. How sm treated lucas scandal. How they kicked out riize seunghan. They have troubles in almost every single group and sm artist almost never get creative freedom on writing songs of their own. Do you not see the problem that SM is worse than hybe when literally everyone wants in sm wants to leave? There are plenty more idols wanting to join hybe(i.e gidle shuhua) than sm. I think that answers who is the lesser evil. If anyone of my fave wants to leave hybe I'll be fine. But i don't want anyone joining sm ever again

THIS IS AN ATTACK ON HYBE GROUPS. Someone (someone powerful who has money) is going after hybe. They are instigating verbal abuse and vicious attacks... maybe even whispered in MHJ ear to get her to think about leaving hybe and taking NJ. Why? I can't quite put my finger on it. I think it might have something to do with Hybe signing a deal with UMG. This is hybe crossing over into big money and big leagues of power. I have a feeling Chaebol families do not like it. South Korea is their turf and in their control, they say who can climb/rise and who can't. And no one should be daring to rise above them. Hybe wanting money?... of course they do doughnuts 🙄 The more money hybe have, the more they can pay & invest in the idols & staff who kill themselves everyday doing their best. Do you really think it's just idols that work there? Do any of you know anything about business or economics or security at all? When BTS started working officially as idols, they couldn't pay them for 2 years, because they couldn't - 2 f-ing years! Seriously, who wants to work for free? Thats slavery! But they had no choice. Now they can pay their idols straight away.... provide comfortable dorms, safe, secure work environment, etc.... do you think hybe gets that for free? They also need money so they can have capital to invest in other sectors..... why? So everything is not reliant on idols bringing in money.... it provides more security to the staff that work there.... i.e.... if another covid type situation hit.... they can still pay staff coz idols working is not the only thing that brings in money. Don't you want idols to have more rest days??? Well guess what... that cost money too. Money = security. Who wants to live pay check to pay check? Honestly fromis_9 deserves soooo much better because omfg their vocals are good and I love their music. Pledis needs to wake up and treat these girls better but knowing them, they probably won't. The only problem with Sakura is that she seriously needs to work on her vocals so I hope that's what she meant by practicing and it's not just her dance skills. I'm not a Le sserafim fan but the hate they get is going too far. It's not constructive criticism anymore but instead plain hate so I'm routing for her to get better and show these haters that she can grow! Justice for Seventeen! I don't think they just fund the sub-labels and let them do anything with the money when their shares is that high. They will make sure that what they invested comes back to them with higher gains. So they have to be in total control for that to happen.

This boycotting thing is not consistent, it's done differently with each group, for eg with BTS they're boycotting albums, TXT too, svt with merch, I don't think boycotting is done to any ggs except lsrfm. So no way this is gonna work. Boycotting merch will only lead to a small loss. And scooter is associated with hybe America. It's not directly involved with hybe labels. An effective method should be adopted instead of doing it like this, which would result in ntg

Ppl got tickets for Day-2 for free. I heard for the LA shows post-Covid ppl wasted an entire paycheck to buy a ticket. Like wtf?! Fr wtf?! It's crazy y'all are willing to do this for ppl you don't know and exploitative companies. SVT members chose that career, knowing success is rare and longevity is hard. They have acquired enough fame for half of the group to be able to transition to other activities with another company without going bankrupt. Some of them have royalties. Bts have stated themselves that they each prompt their individual activities the way they want. That’s why they all look different. Bts MADE Hybe. We know Bts doesn’t need them but they invested too much time and money for some ceos and kpop group stans to come and tell them to just leave or ruin their hard work/image. They are actually share holders unlike the rest of this groups. At the end of the day they adults and we are just fans. They make their own decisions for themselves and we trust them. As for bang and scooter that is none of own business. You all want Bts and armys to fix everything but get upset when they get involved.

Maybe these are the consequences of HYBE expanding so fast. From the outside looking in, things seem to be crumbling brick by brick. But the issues they have is brought on by themselves. So desperate to make money, they lost themselves and what they were. I’m curious to see how things go in the coming months to years.

The “crush Aespa” thing is just in line with the competitive nature of business. Burger King probably says it about McDonalds, Mac says it about HP, and Fenty says it about Clinique. I think it’s being overblown because of our attachments to the people behind the names in this case, but it’s business as usual in the music world.

I just dislike Le SSERAFIM’s management and how rushing them to fame brought upon them unintended consequences. It’s not like the girls can’t improve, they can, but hating on them for doing so or not is just wrong. Not only Hyein but NJ as a whole. After the Min Hee Jin vs HYBE & Ban Si Hyuk drama I can only wish both NJ and ILLIT take a break and rest. Welp. I wonder what in the everliving FU- are HYBE and Pledis doing? It actually might be a mild blessing that Fromis_9 hasn't recently been promoting. I believe Pledis is now owned by HYBE, right? Meaning, they at least get to steer clear of the current drama going on at the company. Meanwhile, their lack of investment and inclusion with the other parts of the company, including not being invited to the company party, further highlights HYBE's hyper-focus on the shiniest and brightest.

Thats why the collection designed by the members are so special and somewhat nostalgic. As a long time Carat, I definitely had mixed feelings about HYBE’s acquisition of Pledis. Since the day our Carat-bong turned into a cheap fly, I’ve become HYBE’s biggest hater. Lol 😹But seriously, since Pledis joined HYBE, Seventeen just hasn’t been the same, like the members are still lovable talented goofballs, but the overall vibe is different. Idk, something about K-pop and specifically HYBE (like the way they do promote/business) lacks authenticity. The hate for HYBE only grows stronger with the recent controversy. Like, why are you threatened by the success of other groups? Was Aespa’s success, a girl group from the company (I’m also SM’s biggest hater, lol) who created one of the most successful and influential, some may even say legendary, girl groups in K-pop, really a surprise? It was an inkling in 2020, (swear I read an article back then where Bang PD literally said it) but with the recent revelations, am 100% convinced that the acquisition of Pledis was to claim SEVENTEEN’s success and eliminate competition. Btw, this is all my personal opinion so take it with a grain of salt. 😊 Anyways, why does Pledis (naturally as a Carat, I’m their biggest hater😌) have another girl group? Did they learn nothing from the past? 🤨 Justice for fromis_9!!!

5 million albums yet a lot of them ended up on the streets in the trash, fans need to be limited to one album so we see the real sale numbers of kpop groups instead of fans over purchasing to inflate the sales numbers so they can have bragging rights about their favs and it isn’t organic and kind of cheating, same needs to happen with streaming, don’t allow non-organic repeats of songs so people can inflate the numbers, let’s see the real organic numbers of streams and album sales of kpop groups

I don't think the seventeen album over-buying case was to increase album sales. It was solo stans buying multiple albums so that they can get their fave's photocard in atleast one of them and then throw the album away by keeping the photocard

THIS IS AN ATTACK ON HYBE GROUPS. Someone (someone powerful who has money) is going after hybe. They are instigating verbal abuse and vicious attacks... maybe even whispered in MHJ ear to get her to think about leaving hybe and taking NJ. Why? I can't quite put my finger on it. I think it might have something to do with Hybe signing a deal with UMG. This is hybe crossing over into big money and big leagues of power. I have a feeling Chaebol families do not like it. South Korea is their turf and in their control, they say who can climb/rise and who can't. And no one should be daring to rise above them. Hybe wanting money?... of course they do doughnuts 🙄 The more money hybe have, the more they can pay & invest in the idols & staff who kill themselves everyday doing their best. Do you really think it's just idols that work there? Do any of you know anything about business or economics or security at all? When BTS started working officially as idols, they couldn't pay them for 2 years, because they couldn't - 2 f-ing years! Seriously, who wants to work for free? Thats slavery! But they had no choice. Now they can pay their idols straight away.... provide comfortable dorms, safe, secure work environment, etc.... do you think hybe gets that for free?
