For me teen,age is one of their best albums, they mixed a lot the members in all the songs. In this comeback they realised mvs for the units songs, there's trauma (hiphop unit), lilili yabbay (perf. unit), pinwheel (vocal unit) and change up (leaders unit) so I think you should check it out before getting into their debut. And actually seventeen is also interested in filming and stuff, they literally can do ANYTHING 😂, so they took care of snapshoot's mv that was directed and produced by Mingyu and the holiday's mv was directed by Wonwoo. The most theatrical seventeen song/choreography is hands down Pretty U, which is also the first song that they won a music show award for. The clip in the seventeen guide where the members were crying was of when they won their first award.

I love how you said is this relating to the mv where IF they are the production team, they ARE the production team lmaoo. They do vaccum and clean the practice room even now lol.

The choreo for CLAP chorus part was intentionally made 'easier' for the fans to be able to dance with them. Though I can't really dance it myself lol. And yey, you'll be going to their discography now. Yes their debut song ADORE U is kinda cutesy but the choreo vid/dance practice will still somehow amaze you. As you said, they're likeable :)

When you get into SVT there’s no leaving. Hahahaha. You just can’t. I highly recommend “Don’t wanna cry” MV plus choreo and maybe you can also check the 2x speed perf of it on one korean variety show. They won best dance performance for it in MAMA beating really really big groups.

watching their going seventeen videos will definitely help you put names to faces! they've been doing going seventeen for a while now and it's become a proper production that even non fans watch every week, it's like their own variety show basically. you could watch it in your own time but i would love to see your reaction and see you getting to know them too! if you do i think it would be best to start from the beginning of 2020, catch up to now, then go back and watch the older ones (seventeen's channel has the playlists). plus the first going seventeen of 2020 is a little chiller than their usual and everyone gets individual screentime so it's good for learning faces i think!

This is the song and more specifically, the choreography that got me into SVT to begin with. They quickly became my favourites :)

If you want to get more familiar with their faces a good spoiler-free alternative to the guides is their in-house variety show Going Seventeen. It was more focused on Behind the Scenes stuff in earlier seasons but in 2020 they've completely changed to a concept of monthly rotating games chosen by different members and it's tons of fun. As a gamer you might like eps 29-30, "Christmas in August", in which Vernon makes them play video games in Santa outfits in rooms without air con and they're only allowed to leave after they beat a certain number of levels. Other fun concepts were a haunted house in July (eps 27-28), real life Mario Kart (21-22), Escape Room (12-13), a giant game fusion of tag/hide and seek (31-33) and the returning fan favorite of Mafia aka Werewolf (2-3, 40-41 as well as earlier eps in 2019). It's probably not something for your youtube channel but might make for good Patreon content or just something for fun to watch in your free time.

The video also had a pretty large amount of “Easter eggs” and call backs to past videos. As well as the unit songs that were released along with this album. They did a video reacting to and commenting on the MV. Chaotic of course but great lol

Going Seventeen 2020 is always a good one for peak theatre kid mentality. The dramas that always happen with Seungkwan, the blatant cheats of Jeonghan, the innocence of DK, the hurricane of chaos that is Hoshi... like it has everything. The editing also really sells the whole thing. Like no mater who you are, either the producers or Seventeen themselves, you will get roasted. Some of the episodes that come to mind is 4-wheeled Kart Rider. Jeonghan basically cheated so much in that one that he got demoted to NPC status. 😂 There’s also Debate Night I and II. This is just chaos and “it’s illogical, but somehow it makes sense” mixed into one. Seventeen’s Got Talent for some prime improv acting ability. They only had 10 minutes to get into their role. And if you know the game Mafia, Don’t Lie is good too. Also, Don’t Lie II just aired yesterday. And next week, there will be one more episode of it.

Going Seventeen, Hit the road and the movie guide will be the best way to learn them easily I swear AAAAAAAA have fun slipping into the diamond life!!

I don't know if they film this themself or not but usually is not. They have team production to film it or their staff who knew about filming stuff. But the members also sometimes made their own mv. Made by the members themself. You can search holiday who directed by wonwoo and snap shoot directed by mingyu. They do all themself from filming editing until finish. You mention that svt cleqning and stuff and you might womder did they do that themself. I mean just in chase you want to know. Svt still cleaning up the practice room themself up until now. They usually doing some games so they got 2 losers to clean the practice room. Every time they use practice room they have to clean themself eventhough they do have staff to do it. I guess it just something they have done so far to discipline themself. And i love your reaction, please react to svt more in the future. Also homerun dance practice is nuts! This song is about you getting of work with zero balance on your metro card and your headphones got tangled and it started to rain all of a sudden and basically seventeen is saying to hold on a bit, lets party and clap your hands untill at least this song is over. its really a feel good song, and you can see they incorporated it in the mv where they work on a video company and getting rebellious to the boss (red hair hoshi) and this mv pays homage to their other mvs (mansae, change up, trauma, etc) like svt is "working"on their own mv company. its soo cute. if youre curious you can check out seventeen lyrics on youtube, its the most accurate and they didnt monetize!
