As long as the height of the shoe is EXACTLY the same. Otherwise it's can cause weightbearing issues and excess wear and tear on young/unstable developing joints along the entire kinetic chain of the body. Symmetry is EXTREMELY important for a healthy body. 🙏🌞

I garden next to a deer path. I have to use the coyote urine granules, and the garlic smelling deer repellant sprays. These work, as long as I dont forget to do them every couple of weeks…

My thoughts on pea gravel is that it's a lot harder to walk on because it constantly shifts. I hope your mom decided on something that can "lock" in place like you always say! LOVE the new garden space. Samantha looks like your mom in some shots. It was so cute to see her running into the garden.💙💙💙

Old carpenter’s trick. Slide the measuring tape up at the measurement end- on an angle- until you get to a number divisible by 5. You make marks at each fifth to mark your four lines. This works on your chimney for hangers for stockings, stair treads, railings, pictures… easy

Let me brag a bit. This spring I finally buckled down and put in my drip irrigation system. It's not as pretty as Laura's work but I did it. I have a timer and the consistent water is a game changer for the plants and my back. The proof is watching the plants grow. Thanks Laura for your tutorials. I couldn't have done it without you. I used one of the old videos where you really broke down the process and the one you did at Alyssa's. Thanks again and happy gardening!

Love the new raised beds! The drip install was perfect timing for me. Redoing a few garden beds myself. The potting shed in the background looks so lovely. It’s going to be a Beautiful space!

Wow! So great to see your mother moving around so well! She was relentless in getting all of those beds covered. The garden area looks stunning!. It's amazing what an impact that strong, well-made garden beds do for the eye -something very soothing about it. Pedro's team killed it again with all of the rockwork. Such a beautiful way to frame the garden. The climbing roses will be stunning in just a year or two...going to be a wonderful retreat for both of your parents. So beautiful! I love the gravel idea also. I honestly tried to avoid thinking of gravel use here on our upcoming garden install, but I don’t like when the mulch becomes messy over walks and I also find that mulch can be kind of a tracker if wet. No no. Not tidy! Haha we love tidy! :)
