Hi Are. Well, you've had your new saw for a few months, any problems yet? I've had the same one for sometime now and I've had various problems. Can I ask you to look under the table at the blade back bearing. Does your blade run down the centre of the bearing, or does it barely touch just the side like mine does? I would appreciate your comments.Love your work by the way!

peter smith Hi Peter! I have not had any problems with my saw yet. My blade runs down the center of the bearing, and I'm sorry but I couldn't see an easy of fixing your problem! 😕 Have you talked to the store you bought it from? Thank you!

Are Baloni Hi, thank you for your reply...yes, I have spoken Record technical support, and they said the blade should be on the side of the bearing? I don't agree! I can only see the way to correct the problem is to adjust the lower wheel a degree or two to the left. When I suggested that to them, they said the wheels are factory set, and should not be altered... My theory is, it wasn't set correctly in the factory in the first place! I have a friend who is an engineer, and he is going to help me make that adjustment. I'll let you know how I get on! Can I also add, the blade is so far to the side of the bearing, that if I push the work too hard, it's possible for the blade to go down the side of the bearing, missing it completely. This then twists the blade and effectively destroys it!!

peter smith Wow, that is weird! I agree, it does not make sense that the blade should be like that! Let me know how it goes! 👍🏼
