V good video ..Just a comment on the calculation of cycle time. cycle time is the total time per person & should be summed per person then compare that total cycle time per person with Takt time.to see whether cycle time is below or above takt time.in the presentation the cycle time was summed up for the 2 persons which is not right. To calculate how many people we need in this example is sum of all manual cycle time/ takt time = 446/288=1.5 people. Now we currently have 2 people which is more than 1.5..So in this example they are NOT struggling to meet the demand!
Patient registered from the perspective of the patient does not add value to the patient- value question 1 - 3 does it change the patient ?
Hello, very good video. Does the % utilization have to be between 0 and 100%? What would happen if the utilization exceeds 100%? Is this real?

I think the arrow from 5 if 'yes' had to go to 3, else it had to go to 6
