i like there are redundant controls so the operator can use it as they see fit

These are more complicated and slower than other systems

Saw one of these on a Prince Motors however it only had two prongs instead of three. Can the two prong truck pick up 35 gallon carts without the possibility of it falling into the hopper?

don't, unless you wanna wear it out faster.

Heil builds in my opinion the BEST front end loader and the worst the WORST sideload. Rush engineering to compete in the market. From the joystick to lack of precision ,5 ft wide arm worst etc . If your company is in a big city don't do not buy this equipment every one will know your name and soon and if you want make it worse combiene with Autocar hybrid you will be hated a lot faster.
